For most massage therapy services, clients are draped with sheets throughout the session and only the area being worked on is uncovered. If you prefer to stay fully clothed, our Chair Massage is a great option, no undressing required.

Sessions are available in 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes depending on the service. We recommend longer sessions for first-time visitors or those with chronic tension, but any length is a great place to start.

Appointments are recommended and easy to book online. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability, and we'll do our best to accommodate you when you arrive.

Yes. Couples Massage is one of our most popular services. Two therapists, one private room, side by side. A great way to share the experience with someone you care about. We recommend booking in advance to secure availability.

Before your session begins, your therapist will ask about your goals, any areas of concern, and your relevant health history. From there, your session will be tailored accordingly. If at any point the pressure feels too much or not enough, just let your therapist know. Communication is always welcome.

A Head Spa is a deeply relaxing scalp massage treatment designed to relieve tension, restore the scalp, and leave you feeling lighter than when you walked in. It's one of our signature offerings and something you won't find at most spas in Salt Lake City.
