More Than Tired Feet.
Whole-Body Relief
Starts Here.

Your feet contain over 7,000 nerve endings and carry the full weight of every day. Chronic foot pain, plantar fasciitis, and swollen ankles affect posture, sleep, and energy. Professional therapeutic work addresses the source — not just the surface.

Foot massage targets the plantar fascia, heel, arch, and toe joints with focused pressure that loosens tissue, restores blood flow, and triggers a full-body relaxation response. Reflexology goes further — mapping specific zones on the foot to organs and systems throughout the body, producing benefits that reach well beyond the soles.

Whether you are dealing with a specific condition, on your feet all day, or simply overdue for real care — this is one of the most effective and accessible treatments we offer.

  • Heart & Circulation

The left arch contains reflex zones for the heart. Stimulation here supports blood flow through the entire body.

  • Brain & Head

The toes map to the head and brain. Working these zones directly reduces headaches and mental fatigue.

  • Spine & Back

The inner edge of the foot mirrors the entire spine. Releasing tension here eases back and neck pain.

  • Immune System

Lymphatic zones across the top of the foot help drain toxins and strengthen immune function.

  • Adrenals & Energy

Stimulating adrenal reflex points helps regulate energy and cortisol — reducing fatigue and stress load.

  • Digestive System

The arch contains zones for the stomach and intestines — reflexology here relieves bloating and digestive tension.

Questions About Foot & Reflexology Massage

Everything you need to know before booking your first session at Elite Spa Utah.

  • Foot massage focuses on the physical structures — the plantar fascia, muscles, tendons, and joints. Reflexology works from the principle that specific pressure points on the foot connect to organs and systems throughout the body, and applying targeted pressure to those zones produces benefits well beyond the feet. Our sessions often combine both, and your therapist will walk you through the approach before beginning.

  • Yes — this is one of the most effective complementary treatments for plantar fasciitis. Therapeutic work loosens the plantar fascia, reduces inflammation, improves circulation to the heel, and releases the calf and Achilles tension that typically drives the condition. Technique is modified for inflamed tissue, and most clients notice meaningful improvement within 3 to 5 sessions.

  • For general wellness and stress relief, every two to four weeks is appropriate for most clients. For specific conditions — plantar fasciitis, chronic foot pain, or high daily standing time — weekly appointments produce faster and more lasting results. Your therapist will give a personalized recommendation after the first visit based on your goals and lifestyle.

  • Nothing special is required. Arrive a few minutes early and let your therapist know about any injuries, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or medical factors before you begin. Avoid a heavy meal right beforehand. Nail polish does not need to be removed. We handle the rest — including a warm soak at the start of most visits.

  • It can, through two pathways. The inner edge contains the spine reflex zone — working here produces relief in corresponding back areas. Additionally, poor mechanics in the feet are a common contributor to lower back pain. Improving flexibility and balance in this area reduces strain further up the kinetic chain over time.

  • We avoid working directly over open wounds, active infections, severe varicose veins, blood clots, or acute fractures. If you have diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, or are pregnant, let us know — we can still see you but will adapt the approach accordingly. When in doubt, consult your physician before booking.
